Between mid-December and February the piece to the right - Bubbles & Ladders - will be up at the Chapel Hill Museum along with other work in a show called Art From The Heart, an exhibit of small paintings created by local artists.  I’m using this palette and method in larger pieces now in progress and it’s invigorating - I hope to get some photos of the new work up soon!

All the works were painted on 12” x 12” canvases specifically for this exhibit, with proceeds from their auction to benefit Kidzu Children’s Museum in downtown Chapel Hill.  I’ve worked with Kidzu before and they are a great outfit to support, so check out the show in person, on-line, or attend the auction!  More info available at www.chapelhillmuseum.org.
